I was 4-1 this week, 10-1 in the last 2 weeks and now I'm 22-9 for the season.
1. MAC-Central Michigan vs. Miami of Ohio @ Detroit
PICK: C. Michigan RESULT: C.Michigan 35-10 Too much Chippewas' offense for Miami of Ohio. QB Dan LeFevour reached 3000 passing yards and 1000 rushing yards for the season.

2. C-USA-Tulsa vs. Central Florida @ Orlando
PICK: Tulsa RESULT: C. Florida 44-25 Both Co-Conference USA POYs had huge days, but it was UCF RB Kevin Smith who led his team to victory and possibly started his Heisman campaign for next season. Smith rushed 284 yds and 4 TDs putting him within striking distance of Barry Sanders' single season record, and he will get his shot in the Bowl game vs. Mississippi State. Tulsa QB Paul Smith threw for over 4oo yds and 4 TDs but he also had 3 big INTs, Smith appeared to be playing injured and Tulsa had a hard time sustaining drives.

3. ACC-#5 Virginia Tech vs. #12 Boston College @ Jacksonville
PICK: Virginia Tech RESULT: Virginia Tech 30-16 V-Tech avenged their earlier season loss and earned themselves a trip to the Orange Bowl. This was a closely contested game, but QB Sean Glennon came up big for the Hokies and 2 late INTs deep in their own territory halted the BC comeback attempt. I can't wait to see what Matt Ryan can do at the next level because this "dink and dunk" offense BC runs and its lack of impact players really don't allow Ryan to show how good he really is. S Jamie Silva also had a big game and really upped his draft stock by returning to school this year.
4. SEC-#7 LSU vs. #15 Tennessee @ Atlanta
PICK: LSU RESULT: LSU 21-14 LSU played without starting QB Matt Flynn but backup Ryan Perrilloux was able to step in, and hew was helped by Jacob Hester's 120 yds on the ground and the Defense chipped in a TD to end the Volunteers 5 game winning streak. LSU got a well deserved spot in the BCS championship game and coach Les Miles turned down his dream job at Michigan to stay at LSU.
5. Big 12-#2 Missouri vs. #8 Oklahoma @ San Antonio
PICK:Oklahoma RESULT: Oklahoma 38-17 Oklahoma was the best team I saw this weekend, their Defense was fast to the ball and left QB Chase Daniel shaking his head in disbelief. QB Sam Bradford appeared completely recovered from his concussion and runs a very efficient offense, especially for a redshirt freshman. In a perfect world Oklahoma would play LSU for the for the National title, but this isn't a perfect world, its a BCS world. Oklahoma returns just about their entire team next season, don't be surprised if they open the season #1.
