Tony's 5 College Picks Results 3-2

This week I went 3-2, making me 10-5 for the season.

Here are this week's results:

1. #15 USC vs. California
PICK USC RESULT: USC 24-17 RB Chauncey Washington rolled over Cal for 220 yards and a TD. This was the 4th loss for Cal in a season that had them ranked in the top 5 with BCS title aspirations a few weeks ago.

2. #17 Auburn vs. #10 Georgia
PICK Georgia RESULT: Georgia 45-20 Auburn's #5 defense was no match for Georgia led by QB Matthew Stafford and RB Knowshon Moreno. Georgia scored 4 TDs in the second half beating Auburn into submission.

3. #12 Michigan vs. Wisconsin
PICK: Michigan RESULT Wisconsin 37-21 Michigan found themselves down by double digits for the 3rd straight game after playing an uninspired 1st half. Michigan lost QB Chad Henne early in the game and RB Mike Hart did not play. QB Ryan Mallet rallied Michigan to within 2 points in the 4th but Wisconsin's D was too much for the Freshman QB hurrying him and forcing a late interception and a turnover on downs with about 2 mins. left. Overall, a good game by the Badgers, and regardless of the loss, Michigan will still play for the Big Ten title next week against Ohio State.

4. #16 UCONN vs. Cincinatti
PICK: UCONN RESULT: Cincinatti 27-3 Both teams came into this game boasting stingy defenses but the team everybody was talking about was UCONN. However Cinci's D held UCONN to 3 points. The Big East is still up for grabs, Cinci and West Virginia play this week followed by UCONN and West Virginia the next week.

5. #18 Florida vs. South Carolina
PICK: Florida Florida 51-31 Florida showed flashes of what could have been this season for them with a dominating win over S. Carolina and former coach Steve Spurrier. Regardless of losses this year, Florida's Tim Tebow is the best player in the country, 7 total TDs and and 424 yards of offense.
