I finished the college season 22-9, I decided to pick all the Bowl games and these are the third set of picks; (Tony's Bowl record)


Carcare Bowl-Wake Forest vs. UCONN
UCONN's running game vs. Wake's run D, in a near home game for Wake Forest.
PICK: UCONN RESULT: Wake Forest 24-10 (8-4)

Liberty Bowl-Central Florida vs. Mississippi St.
UCF RB Kevin Smith tries to break Barry Sanders single season rushing record, he needs 181. Smith finished 61 yards short of Sanders' record.
PICK: UCF RESULT: Mississippi St. 10-3 (8-5)

Alamo Bowl-Texas A&M vs. Penn St.
Paterno vs. an interim coach.
PICK: Penn St. RESULT: Penn St. 24-17 (9-5)

Independence Bowl-Alabama vs. Colorado
Saban needs the win, for a winning season, but even that won't justify his contract.
PICK: Alabama RESULT: Alabama 30-24 (10-5)

Armed Forces Bowl-Air Force vs. California
Cal has a ton of talent, but they gave up on the season a long time ago.
PICK: Air Force RESULT Cal 42-36 (10-6)

Sun Bowl-Oregon vs. South Florida
Hard to believe both of these teams were ranked #2 at some point this season.

Humanitarian Bowl-Georgia Tech vs. Fresno St.
PICK: Fresno St. RESULT: Fresno St. 40-28 (11-7)

Music City Bowl-Kentucky vs. Florida St
After the academic scandal, it looks like the Seminoles will be bringing the JV team.

Insight Bowl-Oklahoma St. vs. Indiana
If healthy, pay attention to OSU WR Adarius Bowman
PICK: Oklahoma St. RESULT: Oklahoma St. 49-33 (13-7)

Chick-fil-A Bowl-Clemson vs. Auburn
I'm interested to see what likely 2008 ACC player of the year candidate QB Cullen Harper does.
