Each week I list 5 players I would start, 5 I would bench and 5 I might take a chance on.
Also, by now you should know to start your studs like Manning, Brady and LT, if not, you need more then my help. Now that bye weeks have ended most teams should have their core lineup set up, but some people are in leagues that start 2 QBs or 3-4 WRs, and we all must deal with the ill timed injury, so some owners may still need to adjust or tweak their lineups from week to week. This is the championship for many fantasy leagues, and I would recommend staying with the guys that got you there, but ask the owners of P. Manning, T. Brady, T. Romo, R. Moss and T.O. how they felt last week when their studs let them down.

Also, Remember going forward there will be Thursday/Saturday night games.
These are 5 guys I'm starting this week;
1. RB Brandon Jacobs NYG-With the Giants passing game struggling, and their playoff hopes fading their is a good chance they are going to rely heavily on the "Man Beast" this week.
2. QB Kurt Warner AZ-6 straight games with atleast 2 TD passes, Boldin and Fitzgerald are getting healthy and Atlanta is giving up the 3rd most fantasy points to QBs.
3. QB Drew Brees NO-Brees has 10 TDs and 1 INT in his last 4 games, the Saints are fighting for the playoffs and the early season struggles are long gone.
4. RB Earnest Graham TB-7 TDs in his last 6 games and decent matchup against the Niners.
5. RB Fred Taylor Jax-"Fountain of Youth" Fred has been on fire rushing for over a hundo in the past 4 games, while splitting carries with MOJO Drew. Taylor also has 3 TDs in that span. If that's not enough, Oakland's run D is atrocious.
5 guys I'm sitting this week;
1. RB Clinton Portis Wash-The Vikings have the top run D allowing only 67 ypg. Portis should be in for a long day.
2. QB Eli Manning NYG-See Brandon Jacobs above, Manning hasn't thrown for over 200 yards in the past 3 games and hasn't thrown for more than 1 TD since week 7.
3. Baltimore D-Seattle's pass first offense should be able to exploit Baltimore's weak link, the secondary. Ray Lewis will be out with a hand injury and Seattle has averaged 24+ points in their last 7 games.
4. WR Steve Smith Car-Matt Moore hooked up 8 times with Smith last week, but this week Smith will draw coverage from Pro Bowler Terrance Newman and likely be doubled by a safety. The Cowboys will take Smith out of the game and make someone else beat them.
5. RB Dominic Rhodes Oak-While he was a hot pickup this week after the injury to Justin Fargas, his matchup with the Jags is less than stellar.
5 players I'm taking a chance on this week;
1. WR Roydell Williams Tenn-The Titans play the Jets this week, who unless they are playing in the snow does not stop many people. Williams has 3 TDs and a 66ypg average in his last 3 games. WR Brandon Jones was put on IR, so Williams is Young's new go to guy.
2. QB Jeff Garcia TB-Garcia returns to his old stomping grounds SF (I'm sure he's glad, T.O. won't be there.) Garcia has atleast 1 TD pass in 7 of his last 8 games.
3. WR Kevin Curtis Phi-The Saints secondary has allowed 26 passing TDs this season and I look for this game to be a shootout, I like Curtis to do some damage.
4. QB Jon Kitna Det-KC has a solid D, allowing less than 200 passing yards per game. However the Lions play better at home 4-3 and Kitna has only thrown 5 INTs at home this season.
5. QB Chris Redman Atl-In the big chance of the week, I'm going with Redman who had 2 solid, 2 TD games against weak D's before his struggles against a tough TB Defense last week. this week the Falcons play the Cards who are without secondary leader SS Adrian Wilson. The Falcons should be forced to pass to keep up with Warner, Redman could be good for 2 TDs has he tries to prove he deserves an NFL job next year over the AFL job he had before.
